Nos conseils pour choisir
Tous les équipements réseau ne se valent pas. Même s’ils semblent proposer les mêmes fonctions, leurs applications, leur temps de latence, leur vitesse de commutation et de mise en route sont bien différents d’un matériel à l’autre.
2. Haut débit réseau
Si vous voulez utiliser les débits de 200 Mbit/s ou de 2 Gbit/s, il faut que votre matériel réseau (carte réseau, switch, routeur) supporte des ports Ethernet acceptant le mode Full Duplex.
3. Les connexion
Si vous en avez la possibilité, préférez les connexions Ethernet plutôt qu’USB, par exemple pour les modems ou les imprimantes. Ethernet est beaucoup plus rapide et stable, et fait pour maintenir un flux de données important.
